    I am trying to add a video to the Single Product Page Custom Popup but the video never plays is there a way I can fix this?

    if you click on find your wig size below the price a pop=up box appears but no video.

    There is just no video there. There is a video ID but not video URL. Also, as you can see the video length is 00:00. How is your video inserted there?

    I used the add media button and chose the video and this is the code that it inputted

    but nothing shows up.
