there could be many reasons for slow loading. The major reason is usually the hosting, but there are many more. If you provide a link to your site, we can try to test it and give you some directions.

I saw that in the home page custom fields there are many repeating field entries, example field name: lafka_add_description – Value: Crispy on the outside, inside with seasoned salt, 100% Organic. Try with one of our internationally inspired sauces. there are only 50 of these items that are repeated. In total there are over a thousand entries … !!!. Can I delete the double ones? maybe that’s why the site slows down

As you can see in the report, it needs to be optimized. Also, your server is pretty slow. It has 1,1 seconds TTFB, while it must be 0.2-0,3 seconds.

I’d suggest changing your hosting to a better one – e.g. SiteGround (you can even find a discount coupon on our site – https://althemist.com/deals-coupons/ ) and also optimize your site properly. “jch-optimize” is not the best way and also, not all optimizations can be done with a plugin.
