ResolvedSlow site = heavy theme?

Our site has been really slow. A WordPress expert looked at it and his assessment was there was a lot of unnecessary CSS JV other elements in the theme. Right now we are able to use for ecom, usually the speed is acceptable (not great), but other times. it\’s shockingly bad, for the user.
In the backend, every single thing is a struggle. We can go to Edit Product from Product page (need to go to dashboard, etc etc) We can\’t see a product that been updated, it just goes to error 500, making any changes to the site is slow, slow, slow.
Since it seems the theme may be too clunky for what we need, is there anyway we can hire your team to par down the CSS and unused elements for us? Or if this isn’t the issue, help us diagnose what it?

Hi beebeeandbongo,
If you can give us a link to your site and temporary admin access we can try to investigate this for you. It’s definitely not a “lot of unnecessary CSS JV other elements in the theme” type of problem.
