I am having an issue with the speed as it’s painfully slow. I have a cache plugin and optimized it to be as lite as possible. I have contacted my website hosts and they have said “whilst taking a look at the website with ‘Google Developer Tools > Network’ open and looking at the number of requests or elements the page is instructing the browser to download on some pages, I can sometimes see hundreds of requests to download font files from Google . It is pulling in those assets from external servers (Google’s Servers) hundreds of times from URL’s like: https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/raleway/v22/1Ptug8zYS_SKggPNyC0ITw.woff2

Is this a theme ‘thing’?

Google fonts are loaded externally. However, it should not generate “hundreds of requests”. If you give us a link to your site, we can try to investigate what could be causing this.

Thank you, is has confused me slightly as it’s a new site so a new install. This is my site , on mobile it gives up and wont load at all https://www.celebratelygraphics.com/
