    Love your theme. In using the Banner shortcode/images on the frontpage but don’t like the “SPECIAL FONT”. The website is for young children and a cursive font (although beautiful) won’t work. How can we change/set the font for the “SPECIAL FONT”? Thanks so much.

    Hello theradiancefoundation.org,

    Changing the font to another one would require some CSS skills and the use of a child theme.

    You’d need to re-declare the following classes:

    @font-face {
        font-family: 'Hensa-Regular';
        src:url('styles/fonts/Hensa-Regular.ttf.woff') format('woff');
        font-weight: normal;
        font-style: normal;
    }
    .special-font, .babystreet-special-pre-title, .special-font *, .babystreet-fancy-category {
        font-family: 'Hensa-Regular' !important;
        font-weight:normal !important;
        font-style:normal !important;
    }

    and change Hensa font with your preferred font in the child-theme’s style.css file.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Dimitar,

    I copied the fonts in woff Format via FTP: /web/wp-content/themes/lafka/styles/fonts

    Then I pasted your CSS-Code to child theme, obviously replacing the name of the font, but it doesn’t work.

    Neither does it work the change Headings with Google Font, I use this code:

    h1 {
    font-family: futura; }

    Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    Regards,
    Carlos

    Hello Carlos,

    you’d need to use “!important” in your css declaration. Also, check if you changed the path to the new font correctly.

    Regards,
    Dimitar
