ParticipantMorning,
I have a stylesheet issue within the vendor dashboard of my site where the attributes are misaligned and seem to be confusing the clients when they are setting up their vendor page. We are running the site along with WC vendor and we thought it was an issue with their set up but they came back to us with the following suggestion
“It looks like this is a theme compatibility issue. Please double-check with your developer or the theme’s support if they can provide you CSS for this. If you would like to test it further, please take note that it is displaying properly on a fully compatible WooCommerce theme like StoreFront.”
You can also see what I mean here: http://prntscr.com/1q35zem The “grind” and “weight” attributes need to be together and not on different lines.
Would you be able to supply me with some CSS to fix the issue?
Many thanks in advance

KeymasterHi Kim,
That’s really strange.
Could you, please give us temporary access for that vendor account (username and password), so we can login to your site as vendor and see what’s causing the problem?

KeymasterHi Kim,
We don’t need admin account, but a vendor account, so we can check the problems in you vendor dashboard.
