I have a hierarchy of products arranged in the following way:
Parent page > Categories > Products

    I’ve created 3 parent pages
    – “For Your Home”
    – “For Yourself
    – “For Your Business”

I created categories to live under one of the 3 parent pages mentioned above
    – Home (8 categories)
    – Self (5 categories)
    – Biz (8 categories)

In setting up each category (ie. Kitchen Utensils under “For Your Home”), I chose the parent page “For Your Home” and Display Type “Subcategory”

Then when setting up products, I chose category (on the right side) “For Your Home” and “Kitchen Utensils.

But when visiting the parent page (For Your Home), I only see 2 of the categories i set up and not all 8 categories which are all nested under the parent page “for Your home”.

Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong with the set up? Even a link to instructions on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello Cdupre,

I am not really sure what do you mean. What do you call a “parent page”? Basically, you can show full hierarchy only on WooCommerce pages, not on custom pages. Also, note that WooCommerce will only show categories if there are at least one product in them. Otherwise they remain hidden.

    Please, provide more information.
