Hi There,

I’ve set up a variable product for my pizza builder, where the customer can choose 2 ingredientes (no extra cost) and then further ingredients (at a specific cost per size). This is all working fine.

My issue is as follows:
If a customer doesn’t choose any extra ingredients, the subtotal and total at the bottom of the page shows correctly.
As soon as an extra ingredient is chosen, the subtotal box at the bottom shows a crazy price, as you can see in the image below.

How can I fix this? In the checkout page the price is correct but I can’t publish the page as it as it will scare any customer away with incorrect prices.

Sorry for the late reply.

There is definitely something wrong there, but we can’t tell what could it be by looking at an image. Could you, please give us a link to that product and temporary admin access, so we can check?
