Hi there,
I would like to suggest adding a feature called “Confirm fulfillment time” so the shop manager can set an order fulfillment time along with the order approval.
Also, I’d like to suggest adding “Order comment” which allows you to add a comment with the confirmation or rejection decision.

Hello Reza,

We currently have a more general preparation time field in branch edit screen, it is called: “Estimated Delivery/Prep Time” and appears in the branch selection info box, which is displayed in the frontend.

There is actually “Order Notes” field on the order edit screen. It can be used for such a purpose.
