    Support request. Tried to instal the theme “Rigid” on my wordpress – but once I choose the 31976 Gig zip file “themeforest-TVESOBdb-rigid-responsive-woocommerce-theme” – and press install – doesnt install the theme. A bit frustrated here. Please advise what is done wrong. ps. Woocommerce and WCMP plugins are previously in my WordPress.
