Hello,

After installing the template I can see a couple of issues:

– Facebook icon on the top bar and footer is not showing, instead there is a white square

– When switching to the mobile view, there is no way to find the icon “my account”.

Hello ruben122,

The facebook icon problem makes me think you are using Dokan instead of WC Marketplace. This is not theme related. It’s caused by the Dokan plugin, which is replacing the FontAwesome icons with a much older version. Unfortunately, this can’t be avoided, as it’s a Dokan bug.

Most probably this is the reason for your sidebar problems too, as Dokan is using different system and layout for the shop banner and sidebars.

Yes, it is 100% compatible, but Dokan is a third-party plugin. We can’t change their code. They are just using a really old version of FontAwesome. The new version doesn’t even come from the theme actually. It is always loaded by default by the WP Bakery Page Builder. We would really like to help, but honestly it’s the Dokan team that should update their libraries.
