ParticipantIn the event calendar list display, when displaying in a list, the display of the ticket amount label “class =” tribe-events-c-small-cta tribe-common-b3 tribe-events-calendar-list__event-cost “” The location seems strange. Currently, it overlaps with the title and date display.
Is there a way to fix it?January 19, 2021 at 1:12 pm #28350admin-7113

KeymasterHello admin-7113,
Could you, please explain more? I am afraid we don’t speak/read your language, so we really can’t tell if there is something wrong there. Exactly which one is the “amount label” and where do you think it should be?

KeymasterOK, I see now. That’s because you don’t have a featured image applied for your events. This particular layout of Events Calendar was meant to be used with featured images.

ParticipantIs there a solution?

KeymasterYes. Assign a featured image to your events. It’s meant to use featured image for the list layout.

ParticipantI understand that.
Is it possible to prevent the displays from overlapping even if no images are assigned?
I think this is a bug, but did you mean that this theme was created assuming that the displays overlap?January 25, 2021 at 3:34 pm #28466Althemist
KeymasterI am afraid not and it is not a bug. What I am trying to explain is that the list view of Events Calendar plugin must be used with featured images. Could be even some dummy or placeholder image, but still ALL events must have an image.

ParticipantIs there a way to set a placeholder image?
January 28, 2021 at 12:52 pm #28576Althemist
KeymasterNo, you’d need to do it manually for each post (event).

ParticipantYour claim is that it’s not a bug that the layout collapses in the absence of images. And did you plan to create it in advance so that it would be displayed like that? And do you mean you’re not going to fix it?

KeymasterHello admin-7113,
Yes, we said that it’s not a bug. It’s a feature of the Events Calendar plugin. This layout should be used with a featured iamge.
Leaving a 1-star review with false statements doesn’t change the fact and doesn’t improve our willingness to help at all!

ParticipantIndeed, this display is a feature of the event calendar. But are you changing the display format in Theme?
If you look at what is displayed normally in other Themes, it seems that you have intentionally changed the display.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BMM6eRo7HR2dsTxbew9SXhJGAsR6H_HG/view?usp=sharing

ParticipantStill, if you haven’t changed the display format in Theme, it may be an event calendar issue.
Can you confirm if the display format has been changed in Theme?
If you haven’t changed the display format, I will contact the event calendar.
If you’re changing, this is a Theme issue, so please take action - AuthorPosts
