Hey There, The theme hero image is not scalable on phone device either there is no option to upload particular size image for the phone screen. Refer given screenshot.

Hi monkenterprise17,

This is just a row background image, so it can’t be really “reponsive”. It’d always stretch to cover the entire row element. It wasn’t meant to be used as a banner. If you need a real responsive image, use the banner element instead OR the Revolution slider included with the theme, where you have total control.
