I am so disappointed, I never recommend this theme to anyone installing demos does not work, you mention your theme fully supports RTL I do not know what the meaning of full support in your dictionary is it changes page direction only I purchased wpml plugin and I find all structure disappear I have to create everything from scratch, your documentation it does not have anything to simplify your screens options
in fact, I am very sorry to purchase your product, it is just money gone with the wind really bad theme for the RTL audience

The theme IS RTL compatible and it works absolutely fine. WPML also works flawless with the theme. We have a lot of clients using it without a problem with Arabic and Hebrew.

What you describe sounds like a wrong configuration, not a theme problem. Also, leaving a 1-star review is not the best way to get help, especially when it’s clearly not a theme problem.
