    Hello
I need help. I have problems with the theme, since i installed it with the plugins that come with support, on my server it consumes 100% of physical memory and use of the CPU. The site crashes, it gives me 404 and 503 errors. Do you know how to solve this? i have figured out and it might be a plugin, but i can’t uninstall them because they are needed. HELP.

    Hello Akey,

This is not theme related. On a proper hosting environment everything should be fine. Just make sure your hosting server covers the required minimum settings:

    max_execution_time 60+
    memory_limit 128M+
    post_max_size 32M
    upload_max_filesize 32M

If you giver us temporary admin access to your site, we can check what could be wrong there.

We can’t login. Can’t you just give us a username and a password? Why do we need to make it difficult for such a simple thing?

    Hello Akey,

We managed to login this time. It looks like your server resources are just not enough. I wasn’t even able to update the theme plugin (Lafka plugin), as your server is not configured properly and the WordPress can’t create directory there.

I’d suggest moving to a proper hosting company in the first place. The problem is definitely not theme related.

    Hello Akey,

This is a pretty valuable lead. It looks like your server configuration can’t support more than one time zone, so when you enable the Lafka Order Hours, make sure you set it to WordPress Default and NOT to specific zone. This way it would get the same time zone set in the Settings > General.

BTW, I have just checked your website again and I noticed some strange things. It looks like the WP Memory is set to 10 GB, which is insane. I’d suggest reducing this to 256 or 512 MB.

Also, increase the PHP time limit to 300 (it’s now 90).

This is definitely a server configuration problem. Some online services can’t even find your domain. I’d suggest moving to a proper hosting company like SiteGround, Blue Host etc.

Thanks Althemist, you were patient and took the time to review.
Right, definitely as you say the server is bad.

    Thanks again.

No problem at all. A proper hosting is the most important thing for a good website. We use and recommend SiteGround as this is probably the best affordable company. You can even find a discount coupon on our website:

BTW, if you’re happy with the theme and support, we’d really appreciate it if you take the time to rate it on ThemeForest. It helps us a lot to keep improving our themes and adding new features. You can do this in your Downloads page ( https://themeforest.net/downloads ) – the small stars bellow the green “Download” button.
