Hello!
I have installed the Rigid theme (Vendor Marketplace) to a sub domain https://test.konstnarsgalleriet.se/ but some reason the links are not working. Also, the Vendor dashboard is there twice in the Pages.

This is definitely not theme related. There is something wrong with your hosting server settings.

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Thank you for your answer. I spoke with the hosting company and they have installed SSL and its working now. 🙂

One more question. Pressing “home” doesn´t go home but stays at “Checkout” page when Im logged in as admin:

Also, some reason the “Vendor Dashboard” is there twice.

1. I have just checked and the Home link works absolutely fine.

2. Most probably you already had the Dashboard created when you imported the demo data. You’d just need to delete the one that’s not active.

Hi, Thank you for your answer.

1. Have you logged in as admin? It works perfectly if Im not logged in. The problem comes when Im logged in as admin. I can send you user and pass if needed.
2. Where and how do I delete one of them? I have checked the Plugin list and I dont see it even once.

1. I can’t login as admin, as I don’t have admin credentials.

If you see different content when logged in, that probably means caching related problem.

2. It’s not a plugin, it’s a page.

No problem with being new to WP> We all have to start somewhere. 🙂

1. I had test it in Incognito browser window and its still Home –> Checkout. Can I place here the login credentials so you can take a fast look? Or shell I send it to your e-mail?
2. Okay, I have removed the test Vendor Page. 🙂

Yes, you can post the URL and admin credentials here. Just don’t forget to mark the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

OK, I have just checked. The main problem was that there were missing demo pages and also the Home page was set as Vendors Registration page in the WCMp settings. I have fixed those, so it should be OK now.

I am afraid this is not theme related. It’s how WCMp works. You’d probably need to consult the WCMp support team about that.

Not really sure what do you mean. They are identical, but one is on your site and the other is on our demo. Could you, please explain more? Exactly what’s the problem?
