    Hi there,

    I purchased a copy of this theme and it won’t allow me to upload?

    Could you please explain more? Exactly what’s the problem? Do you get an error and what error is that?

    This is the error i’m seeing once i try to upload the .zip file of the rigid theme:

    The link you followed has expired.
    Please try again.

    It looks like some of the PHP parameters on your hosting are set too low (max file size and memory limit). You’d probably need to consult with your hosting support and ask them to assist in increasing the values for the following parameters:

    Recommended settings:

    max_execution_time 60
    memory_limit 128M
    post_max_size 32M
    upload_max_filesize 32M
