Dear Team,

Please tell me how would i edit the shop page for instance:

i currently have the shop page in one of the formats, but i want to change that to another for example, full width with left side bar as in your demo. The wordpress customize option doesnt allow me to do it, as in there is no option and also the WP Bakery doesnt allow me to do it. Tried the appearance, in the theme option under the shop menu, could not do it from there as well. How could i set that up. Also for instance I dont want the sale option in the left side bar, instead i would like to have like a recently viewed or new-in. How can i change and modify that. Looking forward. Thanks.

Also, for example there are pages – say “2 Col’s. Masonry + Sidebar” – when i open the same in WP Bakery with the intention of setting this as my shop page, clicking the edit project button, i only get grid options, sorting options etc. I am unable to modify the widget area, which has say the recent comments, latest posts, etc (Which is visible in the front end) – what would be the right way to go about that? Thanks in advance for all the help.

Hello laagom,

Sorry for the late reply. We were out of the city for the weekend.

The shop layout is set in the Theme Options, not the customizer. Also, the “2 Col’s. Masonry + Sidebar” is a portfolio layout, not a shop layout, so you can’t use it for your products.

However, I am glad you managed to find all this.
