ParticipantHi,
I have a few questions regarding the configuration/settings of the theme.
1) When enabling the Top Bar and the Telephone Number is set to to be a link to dial (under Theme Options -> Header Area). The telephone number does not do anything on mobile. I have seen on the Lafka theme that you have an icon for calling on the mobile view, is that possible with Rigid?
2) Is it possible to change the preloader image or style at all? Is it CSS only?
3) Mega Menu Labels – How can I get the label appended to the Navigation Link text as in your demo The Shop -> Categories -> Clothes -> Bodysuits HOT and The Shop -> Shop By -> Brands -> Babaton NEW? I have loaded the demo but the menu is not exactly the same as yours on rigid.althemist.com it is missing all labels.
Kind regards,

KeymasterHi zuyo,
1. The phone number can’t be exactly as in the Lafka theme, but you can enable the dial link in the theme options. There is a switch there – “Make phone number a link to dial.” However, keep in mind it would only work on a mobile phone, not desktop computers.
2. Yes, the preloader is pure CSS, so the only way to change it would be CSS. There are no images there. Alternatively you may edit the header.php (in child theme) and replace with something else.
3. Just set the label in the menu options. When you edit the menu there will be an option for “Custom Menu Label” and label color for each menu item. Just make sure you edit the menu under Appearance > Menus and NOT under Appearance > Customize > Menus:
Hope this helps.
Once again, sorry for missing you last posts.

ParticipantHi Dimitar,
Sorry, I was not clear enough in my questions
1. I had modified Theme Options -> Header Area to enable the link to dial and link to email for the Top Header Bar. On a laptop both links work with email opening default email client and the phone number asking which application to use to dial the number. On a mobile phone (I have tried 3 different phones) you cannot even highlight the text of the email or phone number so it does not work at all on a mobile phone. I have tried removing the social icons from the header too because having them pushed the email and phone number down one line but that made no difference.
I cannot compare on your demo site rigid.althemist.com because the Top Header bar is not enabled for mobile. This may not be an issue though because having the top header bar does take up space and you can select the phone number to dial and the link in email of the contact details in the Rigid Contact Details widget (currently in footer on my site so you have to scroll down).
2. OK, thank you. I have tried changing the file styles/rigid-preloader.css but the new pre loader does not appear it is still the original. Is there anything else I should being doing for a CSS preloader to appear?
3. I had set the custom menu label as you have described but that puts the menu label above the menu item. As in your demo site The Shop -> Single Products -> Variable Product the custom menu label”MANY OPTIONS” is above the menu item. My issue is that I cannot replicate what you have for menu items The Shop -> Categories -> Clothes -> Bodysuits (menu label “HOT” after the menu item) and The Shop -> Shop By -> Brands -> Babaton (menu label “NEW”after the menu item).
Kind regards,

KeymasterHi zuyo,
1. Could you please give us a link where we can check the phone number problem “live”?
2. The preloader styles come from styles/rigid-preloader.css indeed. May be a caching problem? Also, the color of the preloader come from styles/dynamic-css.php
3. Oh, I see. We use a little “trick” there. It’s not a custom label, it’s the “Navigation label” of the menu item. We use manually added label, as it supports HTML. 🙂
Hope this helps.

ParticipantHi Dimitar,
I have tried clearing browsing data, changing Autoptimize not to cache CSS and emptying cache but no difference. Does the preloader only work under the parent theme?
Thank you for the tip with the menu. And it uses the colour that has been defined under Theme Options -> Common Styles?
Kind regards,

KeymasterHello Zuyo,
This site doesn’t look to be using the Rigid theme.
