KeymasterHello mk,
Looks like you’re using an old theme version with the latest WordPress version. You just need to update your theme and clear the browser cache.

ParticipantI am sorry to tag onto this post but I am having the same problem with my site as well. When I go to update my theme there is no actual option to do this. It only states the following:
Rigid automatic updates are managed by the Envato Market plugin (bundled with the theme).
Manage your Envato purchased items
Restore Defaults.
Am I missing something? I did update WordPress so this may be the same problem.
Thank you for any guidance help can offer.

KeymasterHello lilangelness,
Just install and configure the Envato Market plugin, so you can automatically update the theme directly in the WP dashboard. Alternatively, download the latest theme files from ThemeForest and update manually via FTP. When you update the theme, don’t forget to also update all plugins under Appearance > Install Plugins page, including the Rigid plugin.

KeymasterHello Mk37_,
Make sure the plugin properly configured and you gave it the access it needs.
Here is a guide on how it works:

ParticipantHello,
so I did what was shown on the page, connected the theme and everything and then updated it
but the pre header menu is still open!September 9, 2020 at 12:18 pm #25595Althemist
KeymasterThat would not be possible with the latest theme version. Check if you cleared your site and browser cache.
