ResolvedTranlation incomplete?

    Hi there,

    I am using Loco to translate my shop to Portuguese. This is working fine except in some parts of the “my account” and “checkout” pages.

    I have checked that the translations are, in fact, there but they are just not showing up on the page (whereas the rest of the page is being translated correctly).

    Any ideas what I can do to fix this, please?

    ps, please pardon my apparent “noobness”. I am new to this forum and not yet well versed with how it works, so don’t know how to include a screenshot of the actual problem. Please let me know if you need anything else and I’ll do what I can to better explain.


    I’ve since figured out how to add the images. This should give you a clearer indication of the problem I’m experiencing. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi savannah,

    The first string is probably coming from a third-party plugin you use. It’s not part of the theme or the WooCommerce.

    The second string is not translatable via Loco. It’s a text you need to set under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy

    The account page text – probably wrong Loco Translate settings OR you may need to SYNC the Loco translation for the WooCommerce plugin.
