    Hello,

First I can’t access existing topics with “translate” terms, cause an error message tells me “You must have a valide license key”, but I have already entered it… It was accepted at first, but now I can read “Your license is already used by another user” !!

Anyway, my question is: How can I translate the theme in French?
Indeed, there is some terms wich are still in english. Please tell me how I can do that.

(And please solve the issue with my license key)

    Cheers
    Seb

    Hello Seb,

There are separate forums for each theme, so probably you were looking on a topic for another theme, not Zass.

If you are able to write in this (Zass) support forum, then your account is correctly validated with the purchase key.

About the translation, Zass and Zass plugin has .pot files which we always keep in sync with the theme, which means that the theme is fully translatable.
You can use plugins like Loco Translate: (https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners)

Or WPML to translate the theme in any language you want.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hello,

    Thanks for reply.
I already have installed Loco, but some terms can’t be translated (please see img below).
I putted the terms in french but these are still displayed in english.
This is a real problem for my costumer, I must to change this but I can’t.
Maybe there is another way to do that? Somewhere in MySQL (what table?)

    Thanks for reply

    Hello Seb,

Using a plugin like Loco Translate is the only recommended way.

Keep in mind that some strings are part of the woocommerce, while others are part of the theme, the theme plugin etc. Also, some widget titles are set inside the widget, so you’d need to check this.

Also, when you change something in Loco translate, make sure you clear all types of cache (browser, site, server etc.) and also clear the woocommerce and site transients under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office. We are now back to work and slowly catching up with delayed support tickets. We expect the queue to be cleared and everything to be back to normal schedule by Monday, 29th of June.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Althemist team
