Hello,

I bought your theme I really love it, it is easy to edit it. I have some problem with the translation I would highly appreciate if you could help me with that. I want to translate the whole site into Hungarian from English. I downloaded the Loco plugin and it was super easy to translate the things with this plugin. However there are several words that are not translated even if I translated them in the zass theme and zass plugin as well with Loco. I checked all the other plugins and these words are translated in all of them, only zass theme do not translate only some of the words. The words are: New (if a vendor is uploaded a new product), Login, Register, Category, Sort By, Show and Show all. I tried to change these words into something else in english but they are not working. I think it could be a bug with these words. Can you please check it and help me to try to find a solution how to translate these words in the theme? I would be grateful if you could help me with that.

Hi Ahmed,

If the Loco translate settings are correct it should work just fine. If you give us temporary admin access to your site we may try to investigate what’s wrong.

Thank you so much for your kindly response I hired an expert he did it in code 🙂 I guess some of the words in the template file are not translatable, but only some of them.

All words are 100% translatable! Editing the code is a huge problem and a real expert would know that. 🙂

I would highly appreciate if you could check whats wrong with some of the words. I can give you an admin access to mysite. Actually I found 11 words that are not translatable in zass template. Can you please give me your email address in order to give you an admin access? I will send you all the words with the destination as well.

I have checked your site. It looks like ALL those strings are alredy translated. Everything seems fine to me on your website. May be you’d need to clear your site and browser cache?

Hello Ahmed,

If you made changes to the code, they would not work anymore. Because of the WPML compatibility, you can’t manually change lines in the files. Loco Translate will only work properly with the original files. With all original files, there is no string in the theme and it’s plugin (Zass plugin) that can’t be translated.

For the browser cache – Ctrl + F5

For the website cache – that would depend on your server AND/OR caching plugins.
