If it’s a menu link – you can edit it directly in the menu.

If it comes from the multi-vendor plugin, you should use a plugin like Loco Translate to edit it’s strings.

thanks for your answer.
I know about those two variants, but they cannot be applied.
If I change the headings in the Menu, if I write it in my language, then those texts will be when English, German or any other language is used…those headings will always be the same. So if the version is only for one language, there is no problem, there is a problem if I want a multilingual version.
I use Loco Translate, but these titles are not part of any plugin, they are not part of the theme, you wrote these titles when you made Menus.

For multilanguage site it is not enough to use Loco. You’d need a special multi language plugin like WPML.
