    Dear all,

I still have troubles with the translation into German:
    – On the portfolio pages it shows “View in the shop”
    – On the wishlist it shows the titles of the product table in English “Product name”, “Unit price”, “Stock status” as well as it states “share on”
    – If I move something from the wishlist to the cart it shows “Product was added to the cart successfully”
    – In the cart it also shows the titles of the cart in English “Product”, “Price”, “Quantity” as well as “CART TOTALS” and “proceed to checkout”

Is it possible to translate all buttons etc.? It does not look very professional if I still have English content on my German page. Thanks a lot.

    Best
    Miriam

    Hello Miriam,

    1. The “view in the shop” button is set manually in the portfolio item settings. It’s not a pre-defined text string and doesn’t need translation. You just need to change it (for each portfolio item).

    2. You’d need to translate the wishlist strings with Loco Translate. Also, make sure your site is set to use Deutsch, so the WooCommerce itself is translated too.

    3. This is a string in the theme. You can translate it with Loco Translate

    4. Sounds like your WooCommerce is in English, which means your entire WordPress is set to English. Change the WordPress site language to Deutsch under Settings > General

Yes, you can translate everything. Most of the buttons will be automatically translate if you switch your site language to German.
