    Hello,

I am using Loco Translate as you recommend. Some of the strings in WooCommerce’s Cart don’t translate, such as Coupon Code, Apply Coupon, Update Cart. The shop page shows Featured Products and Product Categories strings in English as well. The “New” label on the products is also in English. The “Addresses” tab on My Account is in English. All those strings seem correctly translated in Loco Translate, but they don’t change in my website.

Also, I cannot find the Contact Form plugin in my Dashboard/plugin page, so I can’t modify the contact form.

Please help me fix all these issues, I’m going to launch my online store soon.

    Thanks in advance!!
    Laura

    Hello Laura,

The strings in the cart most probably are not translated because the cart is cached by WooCommerce and after switching the language you need to add or remove a product in the cart in order to update the cache and the translations should be picked up.

The other strings you are mentioning reside in the babystreet-plugin, so most probably you didn’t translate this plugin with Loco. It is a common mistake to try to translate the strings only from the theme, although all the strings related with shortcodes, custom post types and many other reside in the plugin.

Please check the above recommendations. If you still have issues, send us a temporary admin account and we will look at it. Make sure you tick the Set as private reply checkbox.

    Regards,
    Alex
