ParticipantWhen using the “My Account” icon to register as a customer or Vendor, it does not work. It will work directly on the account page, but not on the dropdown menu using the icon. can you help?

KeymasterHi DarrenT,
Sorry for the late reply.
Please, provide a link to your site and temporary admin account, so we can check what could be wrong.
Don’t forget to mark the “set as private reply” checkbox when sending the admin credentials.

KeymasterHi DarrenT,
It looks like you’re using an older version of the theme that’s not compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
Also, it looks like there are quire a lot of plugins on your site, which may create conflicts, especially if not properly configured.
Also, there are some fatal errors in your log, generated in the child theme’s functions.php line 40. The original child theme only consists of 24 lines, so I assume there is some custom function, which may cause the problem.
Hope this helps or leads you in the right direction.

ParticipantSo we are trying to use this for vendor registration as well as customer registration? Is this not supported with the Theme? Can we disable for registration of vendors and only allow it for customer registration, or even just allow it to log in and it register?

KeymasterHi DarrenT,,
Yes, it’s supported and actually this is the default behavior of all multi-vendor plugins. As I already tried to explain, there are some other issues on your site, not related to that, but they may cause a vast array of errors, including with the registration.
I have just noticed that clicking on the “Resgister” button somehow triggers an event related to facebook. Also, it looks like there are hidden fields for registering a seller/vendor. This may also be related to some error in your vendor registration form.
Unfortunately, it’s not theme related, so you should probably contact the Dokan support team on this.
