In ProgressUnable to upload CSV via Product Import

    Hello, I have your theme and I am trying to upload my products with no success. I exported your csv and replace it with my data. I am trying to import only 1 product to test it still it is very slow and often finishes with 500 error. Why is that?

    Not really sure what do you mean by “I exported your csv and replace it with my data”. Could you please explain more?

    Also, please note that 5xx is a “family” of server type errors, so the problem is most probably something related to your hosting environment.

    If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we may try to investigate further.

    I mean that I exported csv with your demo products and even if I try to import it again with a different id of the product it is not happening.
    I talk with my hosting provider and they said it is not a hosting error, more of a plugin error but I have only the required for your theme plugins.I start to believe that your theme is not working fine…
    How can I give you temporary admin access?

    You can just post it here. Just don’t forget to mark the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

    The theme works absolutely fine, including the import. 🙂 Most probably there is some error in your edited CSV file.
