KeymasterHi Abla-vetement,
Unfortunately we can’t check your website as it looks it’s in “coming soon” mode.
However, we noticed there are numerous JS errors on that page related to your autocomplete google address plugin. As you can see on the theme demo where we are running the latest theme version there are no such errors.
If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we may try to investigate further.

ParticipantThanks a lot ! It worked to disable autocomplete google address plugin
But now, i have a new error on the website (exactly the same on vc_grid and jquery) ; can you say me what is the issue for this error ?
Thanks !

KeymasterAs I already explained, we can’t check your website as it looks it’s in “coming soon” mode.
I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong if you don’t provide access to the site.

KeymasterYou can do it here. Just don’t forget to mark the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

KeymasterHi Abla-vetement,
The problem is that you LiteSpeed cache plugin is also caching the jquery, which is not allowed on WordPress sites. You’d need to exclude jquery from the optimization. The LiteSpeed plugin support team would be the best place to get instructions on how to do this.

ParticipantHello,
I just reinitialize the settings of litespeed cache and disabled it but there is still the same jquery error ;
What could be the reasons of this error ?Best regards,

KeymasterMay be there are still some cached files. Check under wp-content/cache if all files are removed.

ParticipantI don’t have this folder (cache) in wp-content ; what could be the issue ?
My theme call jquery.min.js, and it’s in this file there is a syntax errorSeptember 24, 2021 at 3:04 pm #31711Althemist
KeymasterThe only possible reason would be if the jquery file is cached and minified. It must be excluded from optimization no matter which optimization plugin you use.
