ParticipantIf I go to “Dashboard” from the user menu, I get a dashboard. But if I login as a vendor, I get a page without a theme or styles. It doesn’t matter which page I choose as my “Vendor Dashboard” in settings, it always breaks that page.
What should I look at next?

KeymasterHello shira,
This only happens if the pages were already configured before the demo import.
I’d suggest removing ALL vendor related pages and create them again. Than, just assign them properly in the multi-vendor plugin settings and also make sure the default WooCommerce pages are set properly under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab (My account, checkout, cart etc.)

ParticipantWell, I’m doing that and it only shows up broken if I’m signed in as a VENDOR. If Admin, it looks fine. Sign in as a vendor… Broken.
Whats that all about?

KeymasterWhich multi-vendor plugin you use? Basically admin users should not be able to see the dashboard. They only see a message saying “You’re logged in as administrator. Please login as a vendor” in most plugins. Here is a screenshot from our demo when logged in as an admin:

ParticipantYes, correct. But admins see this & when logged in as a vendor, see the white screen.

KeymasterHello shira,
We can’t just guess what could be wrong by looking at a screenshot. However, most probably your woocommerce account page AND/OR your vendor dashboard page are not set correctly under WooCommerce > Settings > Advance and WCMp > Settings > Vendor Pages

ParticipantNo matter what I set (I just refollowed your instructions) the page referenced as the vendor dashboard always shows up blank.
I’m going to wipe & drop this entire install and start from scratch. This is taking me an insane amount of time to fix.
So to be clear:
I install wordpress….
I install the Theme
I install / activate WCMp
Finally, I install the marketplace demo
Correct? I really need this to work.
Thank you for your help

KeymasterYes, this should be the way to go.
If the problem persists, please provide admin access to your site, so we can help setting it up.
