    Hi,
    I have installed and activated both WCMP MC4WP on the rigid theme but the the form is showing as blank.
    Is there anything else I need to do to make this appear?

    Hi SameenaHarrington,

    Most probably it’s not set properly in the WCMP settings as vendor registration page.

    However, I can see yo u managed to fix that.
