You can do it here. Just don’t forget to check the “set as private reply” checkbox.

You have the video background assigned to the inner column of the row. This way you are using the WP Bakery default video background functionality, which is hidden on mobiles.

You’d need to use the “Rigid Video Background” tab of the ROW element instead. Remove the video you placed and set it for the entire row element using our custom “Rigid Video Background” functionality.

ok and how can the video resize for every screen ? for example mobile ?

This is a video background for decorative purposes, not a video player. It will always stretch to cover the entire row.
