Hi, found a few issues from the template

1. View Cart
a) Unable to view cart after login. Only link to user dashboard
b) Cannot prompt out view cart on users dashboard page when hover the cart icon

2. Wish List
No responding after press the love icon, need to refresh just know the wish list is added successful

sounds like your permalinks need to be rebuilt.

If the problems persist after permalinks rebuilt, please, provide working URL and temporary admin access details.

We’d also need the website URL. 🙂

Rebuilding Permalinks means to open Settings > Permalinks in your wordpress admin area and hit the Save button (nothing else), so the permalinks are rebuilt. This is a core WordPress operation, not theme related.

Hello craftii,

Yes, this is a WordPress problem. At the moment the situation is as follows:

1. Your SHOP page is set to CHECKOUT page (WooCommerce > Settings > Products)
2. Your CART page is set to MY ACCOUNT page (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced)

This is the reason for the problems. You’d need to set the correct pages for Shop, Account, Cart, Checkout and Terms & Conditions.

Thank you so much! It’s hard to use woo-commerce, not so familiar.

How about wish list issue: No responding after press the love icon, need to refresh just know the wish list is added successful? This is also woo-commerce setting? I can’t find any wish list setting.

It looks like the Wishlist page is not properly set under YITH Plugins > Wishlist settings.

I didn’t see any setting about the issue I mentioned above. The number won’t change after click the wish list icon. Did you face this too?

Under YITH Plugins > Wishlist settings there is a setting to chose the right Wishlist page. Make sure it’s set correctly and the page contains the wishlist shortcode.
