ResolvedView Cart / Check Out / Account Button Help

    Hello,
    Would you please look at my view cart, check out and account buttons? They do not point to the right pages.

    1. Account – opens check out page
    2. View Cart – opens shop page
    3. Checkout – opens shopping cart

    Hello Matrell,

    Most probably your pages are not properly set under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab

    You are right, the pages are not set properly. The problem is the cart, check out and my account pages are not loading in the drop down.

    Cart – The shop
    Check out – cart
    My Account – checkout

    Do I need to contact WooCommerce for this issue? Or is it a wordpress or theme issue?

    I noticed there is no my account page in pages. Also the cart and check out pages seem to be created with wp-builder and the pages recognized by woo commerce seem to have different formatting. Maybe thats why they are not showing up as an option in the advanced tab.

    No, this probably happened because your WooCommerce was already configured when you imported the demo content. If you give is temporary admin access to yuor site, we may try to fix it for you.

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office.
