KeymasterHello jadimail,
We have just checked and it looks like it works absolutely fine in the front-end editor. You can edit existing rows and columns and also add new.

KeymasterI have found the problem. It’s caused by the top padding set to 0 on the row. It’s not theme related. It would be the same with any theme if the padding is set explicitly to 0. It’s how the WP Bakery Page Builder work. We will report this to the WP Bakery team and hopefully they will fix in the next update. Meanwhile, it would be better to edit those Rows in the WP back-end.
BTW, while checking this I saw there is a JS error on your page.
Google Maps JavaScript API error: ExpiredKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#expired-key-map-error js:70:449
