Well, don’t I feel stupid. Saying 100% Compatible with the latest WooCommerce versions and latest WC Marketplace, WC Vendors FREE/PRO and Dokan LITE/PRO versions is extremely misleading now that I’m here in the forums.

I have WC Vendors Pro and things mostly don’t work or it shows up but the styling is a train wreck. From what I’m reading here in the forums the typical response is that Rigid is really made for WC Marketplace. Having 1 shortcode for the free version of the vendor list doesn’t = 100% compatible to me.

So, since I’ve purchased this theme and it seems to need lots of tweaks to work with WC Vendors Pro, is there a place where all those are listed? Searching the forums returns 19 pages and the first few promising threads I saw with issues showed the admin fixed it by logging in and doing something… but didn’t post the actual fix. For example WC Vendors Pro Dashboard vertical nav buttons don’t show and this was solved in a thread but answer not posted.

The theme is really 100% compatible with both free and PRO versions of WC Vendors. However, there would be some distinct differences with the theme marketplace demo, as WC Marketplace and WC Vendors feel and functionality are totally different.

If you tell us exactly what’s wrong with your site (we can’t just guess) we’d do our best to assist you.

Please, provide more details and a test vendor account, so we can see the problem “live”.
