I purchased your RIGID theme for my multivendor website. But after installation of website I am not able to login WCFM marketplace. Please provide me the solution.

I am afraid I don’t understand. Exactly what is the problem with WCFM? We have a lot of users with WCFM and it works absolutely fine. Exactly where you are “not able to login WCFM marketplace”?

Hello,
WCMP pages installed with theme are arising issues with WCMF pages.
For example, if I click on marketplace from admin then it opens shop page instead of vendor admin.

You’d need to remove all WCMP related pages and shortcodes and properly set the my account, vendor dashboard and vendor registration pages under WCFM settings. This is not theme related.

Can you please tell me how to remove WCMP pages and short codes. I tried to search on google but didn’t find anything helpful.

You’d need to manually remove all WCMP related page like Vendor Dashboard and Vendor Registration. Than create the new pages for WCFM and assign them in WCFM settings. We can’t really give you better instructions on this, as it’s not theme related.

Alternatively, you may ask the WCFM support team on how to setup your marketplace.
