Hi, how´s it going

When a customer makes an order on http://www.willispizza.com, we can see the order notification in the Woocommerce admin panel 2-3 hours later, some times 1 day later.
Why is this happening?
We have installed WP ROCKET Plugin, and probably we have some incompatibility between WP ROCKET and the order notifications on Woocommerce admin panel.
Should we setting up any exception in WP ROCKET Plugin with the order notification on Woocommerce panel?

Yes, it’s most probably related to your caching plugin. We don’t have WP Rocket, but if you give us working admin access, we can try to give you directions on what to exclude.

As far as I can see the WP Rocket is not active on your site. Could be related to your Phast plugin. May be you should ask their support if there is a way to exclude files from optimization.

Sorry for the late reply.

In this case I guess all 3 managers have the site admin opened at the same time. This creates a mess in the site sessions and that’s why the notifications doesn’t work as expected. Once the notification is created on one of the computers, it would never be triggered on the others. I guess in your case the only option would be to build 3 different websites on a single multi-site WordPress installation and let the users chose their restaurant before they order, so each notification goes to the right restaurant.
