I need little help for the following issues :

1) Product variation selection not working in MacOS safari, whenever users click on the variation selection, it caused the browser hangs. https://venommamba.com/product/venom-d/

2) How do you create the popup for “Size fit guidance” and ” Free international shipping “?

So sorry for the late reply. It looks like our anti-spam filter system somehow blocked some posts since the last week.

1. Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong? We can’t replicate this on our server.

2. The Size & Fit Guide settings and the tooltips (Free international shipping & Buy more – Save More) are located in Theme Options > Shop tab.

Hi Dimitar.

It’s fine and totally understandable, don’t mind about it. as for the safari issue highlighted in last ticket I believe it was the browser problem, the browser freeze problem was solved as I upgraded it to Mojave (latest apple OS).

noted on the size & fit guide setting, will give it a try shortly.

instead of custom CSS, is there any option available in theme setting to make the header transparent?

Hello Hello levithum,,

the theme already comes with transparent header. However, you can’t set it generally for the entire site, as it’s on per-page basis setting.

Each page have this setting in the right-hand side column, just bellow the title image background button. For the SHOP page and Blog page, you can find the setting in the respective tab of the Theme Options. Also, you can set the header type for product categories. Hope this helps.
