I’ve tried using many plugins to speed up the website but no use. The website is really slow we tried upgrading the server and no change in the loading speed. is there anything we can do to improve the speed of the website? Can you please look into this?

Hi Intersmart,

When checking from Europe your site loads pretty fast. The optimization and caching are not very good and this may cause some loading delays. Also, I can see you use translatepress which is known to cause loading speed issues.

As for the login details you gave us – it is a very limited account (not administrator) and we can’t see nothing in your admin.

What’s slowing it down the most is all your external service integrations like facebook, live chat, product feed etc. + the translatepress

Other than the the loading speed from Europe is pretty decent which is normal as your site is hosted in France (so it will be fastest in Europe and slowest in Asia/Australia).
