When a child theme is created, can I update the theme with the new features available in the new version?

How can I find out what’s new and how to update, some of the updates or all of them?

Hi Venty.

Yes, you can update the theme. It’s safe. That’s the purpose of the child-themes in first place. You can safely modify them without messing the original theme code.

You can find what’s new in each update’s changelog (included in the main theme package and also available on the theme description page on ThemeForest).

I am afraid you can’t “choose” what to update and what not. It’s a single package with all changes.
