This is the Main Menu. Just like with any other WordPress theme, menus are edited under Appearance > Menus in your admin.

Here just can see the menu of the header, I`m trying is edit where say pizza etc, see the image pleas

I saw the image. And this is the Main Menu, as I already said! Just switch to the Main Menu. This is not even theme related. It’s how menus work in all WordPress themes.
