Hello Rob,

Check please, do you have Rigid plugin enabled. If not, enable it and try again.
If the issue persist, please send us administrator account, so we can check. Please use the “SET AS PRIVATE REPLY” checkbox to keep it private.

Also when a user wants to register, accented characters (such as őúéáöüóí)are not allowed in Store Name input field.

Hi robster0326,

1. It looks like you are using the block editor for widgets, but Rigid is not a blocks based theme. I’d suggest to install the “Classic widgets” plugin. This should fix the problem.

2. As for the accented characters – I am afraid this can’t be avoided. It’s just how the multi-vendor plugin work. May be you should ask in their support forums if they can change that.
