Good Morning
I was able to put different shipping ports for each state with an external plugin
But I wanted to choose the states of sale in each country
I want to choose some states of Spain because I don’t want to sell to everybody at first

Hello workadan,

This is not theme related. There is a WooCommerce setting for this. You can create different shipping zones and only allow certain regions to be served there. Check under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping tab.
