Hi, one request-we are creating a special plugin for discounts in your theme. We were sucessfull with add a discount in native woocommerce cart. But-your theme creates a special lightbox cart (which rings after a product is put in the cart and rolls out from up). The problem is, that our discount doesn´t appear in this your lightbox cart immediately after adding the goods to cart. Kindly inform me what is the best way how to synchronize both – the lightbox cart and woocommerce cart, or which function dealt with your “lightbox” cart. And in what file can we find these functions.

Hello Michal,

Basically, we are using the default WooCommerce Cart widget in the “lightbox” (it’s not really a lightbox – just a standard div shown programmatically). I’ll ask our lead developer Alex to step in and explain where can you hook your function.

Hello Michal,

Yes, my colleague is right, we just execute the “WC_Widget_Cart” widget inline. Look in header.php, line 194.

If you look at the WC_Widget_Cart code, you will see that a lot is handled through js there. Look in wc-cart-fragments.js and woocommerce.js
