ParticipantI have purchased Rigid and followed the instructions. When I install WooCommerce, it corrupts my wensite and I can’t even access WordPress. I get a white screen with the following;
Warning: Use of undefined constant WOOCOMMERCE_VERSION – assumed ‘WOOCOMMERCE_VERSION’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/dingo/public_html/wp-content/themes/rigid/incl/woocommerce-functions.php on line 21
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/dingo/public_html/wp-content/themes/rigid/incl/woocommerce-functions.php:21) in /home/dingo/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1296

What is going on? I’ve followed the instructions step by step, it should work, but it doesn’t. It worked yesterday, and when I logged in today I got these errors.
Please help.
Thank you,

KeymasterHello Belinda,
Sounds like your hosting is running on unsupported version of PHP. Could you please tell us your PHP and mySQL versions?
If it worked fine yesterday, but not today, there is probably something on your site that changed since yesterday.
If you give us temporary admin access we can try to investigate it for you.

ParticipantThanks for your help, I appreciate it!
I’m using;
PHP Version; 7.3.6
mySQL Version; 5.7.31 MySQL Community Server (GPL)I’m also happy to give you temporary access, that would be great. How do I give you this access?
Thanks

KeymasterHello Belinda,
Just post it here, but don’t forget to mark the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

KeymasterHello Belinda,
First I just need your WordPress login credentials. The username and password for your website admin panel.

KeymasterHello Belinda,
Sorry about going in circles for days, but we’d still need the website URL too. 🙂

KeymasterI am afraid the username and/or password are incorrect. I can’t login.
However, I am really confused. What do you mean you can’t login from the cPanel? WordPress wasn’t meant to be used like this. You’d need to login from the site itself, not from the cPanel. The cPanel is only used to manage your server, not your site.

KeymasterHello Belinda,
I am also not able to log in. Please check also if the username is correct. Check also if you have activated the Rigid plugin. It contains most of the functionality behind the theme and is essential part of it.
