Hello, my woocommerce orders page is not refreshing automatically, so I don’t see any push notification when I have a new order.

I followed your documentation :

– turn this feature ON under Theme Options > Shop tab
– SSL enabled with HTTPS protocol
– notifications are allowed on my browser settings (Edge)

Hi Jeremy,

The WooCommerce orders page doesn’t refresh automatically and that’s absolutely normal.

Our custom notifications script checks in the background for new orders every 30 seconds and the notifications would come directly on your device (computer or phone). If you are on Windows computer (especially Windows 11) and doesn’t receive notifications, check your Windows Focus Assist settings. Most probably the notifications are muted there.
