Hi,

We are using the Grasso Theme for our online store earlier the installed theme ver was 1.0 we just updated the core wordpress, theme & plugins to latest version and now the Theme is 1.8.0.

We are facing issue in WooCommerce the customer placed orders are getting duplicated in order section for every 4 Hrs we are not sure why this is happening the orders are getting duplicated for every 4 hours exactly. Please a support on this issue will be appreciated.

Hi webdev,

This is definitely not theme related, so we can’t really help. It could be caused by too old version of WooCommerce updated to the latest version. I’d suggest running the tools under WooCommerce > Status > Tools one by one.

Especially the Update database, Verify base database tables, Clear template cache, Term counts, Product lookup tables and WooCommerce transients.

Also, check if ALL your plugins are compatible with WordPress 5.7 and WooCommerce 5.1.0
