ParticipantDear Support,
We have added images to the product subcategory level in woocommerce. While the images show up perfectly on the desktop, they dont show up on mobile – instead we only see the standard grey placeholder image.
We are not experiencing any issues for the category images or any other image for that matter – they show perfectly in both desktop and mobile.
Would you please advise what we need to do so the subcategory images also show on mobile browsers?
Thanks

KeymasterHello Sandeep,
Sorry for the late reply.
We have just checked your website and can’t replicate what you describe. All images are visible on the link you posted except for the “Paper and Pads” category, where probably there is just no image assigned.

ParticipantHi Dimitar,
This issue is still not resolved.
You are correct – when we access the url via desktop we see all images aon the link except for the “Paper and Pads” category, where there is no image assigned.
However, when you access the same link on mobile (I have an Iphone and I have also checked with an ipad and my wife’s iphone), none of the images show. Please see the screenshots below.

KeymasterHello Sandeep,
Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong?

KeymasterHi Sandeep,
We’ve looked at your setup and found out that you are using really old version of the theme – 2.5.4, and latest version is 3.7.2. Your version is not compatible with the latest WooCommerce, that’s why such weird bugs appear.
So please update both Zass theme and Zass plugin to the latest version and it is almost certain that the problem will be solved.
Let us know.

ParticipantThanks Alex. I have updated ZASS to the latest version and the images are now visible.
During the update process, I saw an error message pop up which said ‘Update failed: There was a critical error on your website’ but when I check the site, all appears normal. In any case, I’ll set this ticket to resolved status and open a new support ticket of this issue.
Thanks again
