KeymasterHello nikguk,
Make sure you have payment methods for all your shipping methods available.

ParticipantPayment methods are available for all shipping methods. There is something with Lafka theme, because the radio buttons appear, when i activate another theme.

ParticipantI guess it is connected somehow to pop-up windows, because when i add products to the cart in another theme, then activate Lafka theme, radio buttons keep showing, and when i try to add another product, radio buttons disappear.

KeymasterHello nikguk,
So sorry for the late reply. We had some internal problems recently.
We have just checked your site and it looks like the problem is not theme related. The payment method IS there, but the radio button is hidden with inline CSS (display: none)
<input id="payment_method_bacs" type="radio" class="input-radio" name="payment_method" value="bacs" checked="checked" data-order_button_text="" style="display: none;">
I guess this is related to your payment method settings. In order to use Bank Transfer payment method, you’d need to set a valid bank account there.

ParticipantI’ve removed Bank Transfer method, there is only Cash on delivery method left, but still radio buttons not showing.

KeymasterWhich version of WooCommerce do you have? Can you provide temporary admin access to your site?

ParticipantHi! Any news?

KeymasterHello nikguk,
It looks like your one and only active payment method is configured to be used with specific shipping methods. I’d suggest checking your shipping settings, as it looks like there is an error. Your best option would be remove all shipping methods and leave only the default ones. When you confirm it works fine with the default methods, start adding your other methods one by one and see which of them is causing the trouble.

ParticipantOk, if it is a problem with payment method, why it is working with other themes? I’ve tried like you sad, still nothing 🙁

KeymasterHello nikguk,
We can’t continue testing your site as it looks like it doesn’t exist anymore. There is a “403 Forbidden” page on your domain.
However, please note that when there is only one payment method available, the radio button is hidden as there is no choice to be made. That’s absolutely normal and it’s the same with any theme. Other than that – I really don’t understand the nature of the problem. As I already explained, this is related to the fact that you have restrictions for payment methods on certain delivery methods. We are running the latest versions of the theme and the WooCommerce system on our environment and placing an order works as expected.
Did you tried what we suggest – remove all shipping methods and leave only the default ones? When you confirm it works fine with the default methods, start adding your other methods one by one and see which of them is causing the trouble? This would be the easiest way to determine where and what is not properly set.
